The delivery tracking outside the UK was very poor. However the goods were delivered a day earlier than scheduled.
Part of the polystyrene packing was removed from the box containing the largest item to make room for a smaller item purchased at the same time. This resulted in a protruding item piercing the box and being vulnerable to damage.
