My original order was stolen by their courier so the company dispatched a second order that was also stolen by the courier. They then sent me a third order which at my request came by Royal Mail. The company was always helpful and attentive and worked hard to ensure that I received the product that I ordered despite being consistently let down by UK Mail. Will use them again.
