Ordered an awning and was told there wasn't full stock of this item for a month, so I ordered a more expensive alternative which they said they'd supply at no extra cost. The awning was delivered promptly and on time, and it was my original order! So I did get what I initially wanted by the time I wanted it. So I'm satisfied if a little confused.
