sorry I can only give a average rating because the parcel was delivered to the wrong address after I was text with a delivery time, even then they delivered it at a different time and no card or text was given with the name or full address where it was left. I had arranged everything on the information given and I had to go door to door to find where it had been left.
I am not happy with the service, it doesn't help you when something like this happens.
Luckily it was a neighbour I trust.
