I was very happy with my purchase and in the end I was pleased with the service however initially, living in the Highlands of Scotland (5 miles from the town of Oban) I was quoted £13.99 for delivery rather than the normal rate. This is unacceptable to me so I phoned to complain. Apparently this is the DHL rate from deepest Cornwall to the West Highlands. On enquiring if my small item costing £7.50 could be posted via Royal Mail they agreed it could. It arrived 2 days after my call and the post cost £3.48 so my advice to anyone ordering a small item is to do so by phone. As to the DHL cost for delivery, I'm taking this up with my MP and MSP who are campaigning against such practices.
