Items that were available arrived well packaged and undamaged. Unfortunately delivery of an awning that was ordered was not possible due to coronavirus shortages but a refund was given. Haven't used items delivered yet for the same reason but they look ok. A pleasant company to deal with. I wish them well during and after this difficult period.
