My first order, not a large one I am sorry to say but we are trading as just a very small campsite so are needs are small. My order arrived on schedule, unfortunately it had not been packaged very well at the depot or the courier had thrown it around ~ whatever? but World of Camping were on the phone to rectify the disappointment caused and duly dealt out a credit for our damaged goods and promised to sort out future packaging, so good for all customers future goods. Very good company to deal with, and we will continue to use them.
