The Outwell Concorde M Air Tent was out of Stock when I ordered which was not made clear on the package deal icon which claimed the normal delivery time. I realised the item was not in stock only after placing the order and when reviewing my order progress on line.
No update was recieved or posted as to when delivery was expected.
However I contacted customer services directly two weeks after placing the order and they were very helful.
