While the delivery of our fire was prompt we were disapointed with the fire itself. While it does heat the room, when it is on the first setting the flame is not visible at all, so that you have to keep it at the higher setting so that the coals with go red. With a living flame fire expected a much better looking inset. Coals look dreadful and fake. Disapointing fire all round.
