Extremely Disappointing! I was never informed about the additional costs—25% import tax and 8% VAT—when making my purchase. This crucial information was completely missing during the checkout process. On top of that, they provided no support with customs clearance, which should be part of their responsibility. Now, I'm left dealing with the hassle of visiting the "Local Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism" to obtain an import license. Otherwise, my package will remain on hold, and I'm being charged daily storage fees by DHL. This experience feels like a scam. I strongly advise against buying from this site, as they do nothing to protect the customer’s interests. Avoid at all costs.
