“extra charge after paying (that was not the international shipping, this was an additional charge to my order, which had not yet been placed ), took over a day for them to even send the charge after i responded okaying it, and then for no reason took multiple business days before my order was actually placed, by which point the main part of the order had already sold out. reached out to customer service and they entirely misunderstood my issue and assumed i was upset about shipping times (i was not. i was fully aware of how shipping works. i was upset at the order literally not being placed for nearly a week after i had paid for it), did not respond to my clarification. terrible service, i will use literally any other option from here on. save your money and use one of the countless other services that don't wait a week to actually place your order”
“Extremely Disappointing!
I was never informed about the additional costs—25% import tax and 8% VAT—when making my purchase. This crucial information was completely missing during the checkout process. On top of that, they provided no support with customs clearance, which should be part of their responsibility. Now, I'm left dealing with the hassle of visiting the "Local Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism" to obtain an import license. Otherwise, my package will remain on hold, and I'm being charged daily storage fees by DHL.
This experience feels like a scam. I strongly advise against buying from this site, as they do nothing to protect the customer’s interests. Avoid at all costs.”

“Not sure if the issue is specifically just for international shipping but it seems like this is a reoccurring issue that they have. They ship out the product domestically first to another warehouse and then ship the product internationally from there. Although the process itself seems simple at first, the main issue with the service is that they require you to make another payment for the warehouse and international shipping fees once the product arrives at their warehouse. A small $15 item is looking to come out close to $65 after all these fees. Seems rather inefficient and redicious pricing.”

So I preordered all the stray kids scars albums on here because they don’t ship to New York on the other sites. So I got 4 albums. I only paid $30 shipping WHICH IS REASONABLE compared to what other sites are charging me. They got it the day after the release, they sent me an email asking for the shipping cost, I paid, next day got an email and it shipped. Literally took 3 days to get my package. I was worried it would take months but it was so fast and easy.”
“Terrible! Don't believe in the positive reviews, they r most likely fakes! I bought a 26g small items package from Japan, n was aware of Worldshopping being the middleman. At checkout there was a Select Country option to calculate shipping cost, BUT THAT WAS FAKE! After committing to buy, I received a lengthy email telling me there was an outstanding balance for the shipping, which was more than double the initial, n that the initial paid was DOMESTIC! Then y cheat ppl into selecting country for international shipping calculation? I decided to go ahead just to get it over n done with, n was later billed AN EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE additional shipping cost with some admin n tax n whatever nonsense!! “I buy a $15 USD small, lightweight item, and pay $10 for shipping. The item needed to be shipped to a warehouse in the US before being sent to me, yeah thats fine I guess. 2 weeks later I get an email telling me that its at the warehouse, but now i need to pay $40 more to have it shipped to me. Absolutely outrageous, I had no idea it would require and extra $40 fee 2 weeks after I paid the first time, or I would have NEVER ordered in the first place. From what I can see, none of this money is going to the artist who created the item. It's ridiculous, and as much as I'd like to buy more from this creator I have no choice to just never order from here again. Paying extra for international shipping is fine, but having a hidden fee that raises the total price by 200% is horrible. Never again.”
“Exorbitant international shipping fees for small items. They are not up front with their fees and will not process a refund or return when you find out what the actual fees are.
