I was never informed about the additional costs—20% import tax and 20% VAT—when making my purchase. This crucial information was completely missing during the checkout process.
This experience feels like a scam. I strongly advise against buying from this site, as they do nothing to protect the customer’s interests. Avoid at all costs.
