Lousy service. Ordered from one of the online shops that utilizes the worldshopping service and they shipped quickly and arrived at the worldshopping warehouse but it slowly turned out to be a drawn out affair. I had to repeatedly email to check on the status of the item only to later know that there had been "problems" after they check on the item. After several standard template reply emails (please be patient, please understand....etc), they sent me a photo of just a paper adhesive sticker coming out from the item. I informed the customer officer if its only the sticker to just generate the international shipment cost so that i can make payment to ship.
They checked and then informed me they already shipped my item back to the online shop for exchange never ever telling me if there was anything else wrong with my order other than the sticker coming off. Really? Just for a sticker? All this was done on their end, predetermined and there was no terms and agreement in their site indicating they should be doing all this. This is already 2 weeks into the order with no end date to ship. What is additionally disappointing is the customer needs to be the one doing all the prompting in order for them to provide updates. No domestic shipping details , no status nothing on their site. Looks like no compensation and no avenue to refund either. I'm pretty sure i would have already received the item about half a week back if it had been done directly with the online shop instead of this lousy service. I am already kind giving 1 star, if there was a negative score i would have no doubt be giving it.
