Best of both worlds. Excellent personal service and the convenience of online ordering and payment. I needed filters and a filter removal wrench, but, new to this, wasn't sure what I needed. Rang and spoke to Gavin, who couldn't have been more helpful and guided me through their website. Everything arrived on time, but I'd ordered the wrong size wrench - my mistake, and couldn't find the one I needed on the website. Not a problem, rang again, but Gavin was out. For once a company where when they say they will ring back, they do. Gavin got in touch ASAP and sorted things, and I got what I needed by return f.o.c. They're in my contact book and on my Outlook reminder for when I next need new filters!
