Dear Sir/madam, On 12/09/2015 I placed my first order for two water filters and paid for two 12 months cartridges £10 per cartridge. Unfortunately your company sent me two 6 months cartridges but I did not complain about this matter. On 02/09/2016 I placed my second order for two water filters and paid for two 12 months cartridges £10 per cartridge. Unfortunately your company sent me two 6 months cartridges. On Thursday, September 15, 2016 6:04 PM I wrote to Paddy McDonnell: Dear Paddy, Thank you for sending me two water filter cartridges. Why have you not sent me two 12 months cartridges. You did owe me two 6 months cartridges for last year and two 6 months cartridges for this year, for the order I placed on 02-09-2016. Why your company staff is still repeating the same mistake. It is very disappointing that mistake is made again. Do you not employ people whose job is to make sure that people get what they ordered. I truly was hoping to see two 12 months cartridges in the post. I am sure you can give me your right answer. Paddy has been excellent in dealing with my problem but the problem lies with the Packers; they have repeated the same mistake even after my complains. I will continue to buy from your company for as long as I live as long as they don't repeat the same mistake. Saeed
