The ceramic filters arrived more quickly than anticipated and although fragile they were both in one piece. They are expensive compared to standard carbon filters but they do give a different taste to the water.
It's tricky to know how long they will actually last with limited use as opposed to the 6 month guidance which could be for a family of any size but hey the drinking water in the UK is amongst the cleanest in the world but apart from that highly recommended on quality and service.
