The initial ordering was very quick n efficient. I recieved my goods within a few days. On opening the package we realised when we tried to change the filter that we had ordered the wrong one. I sent you an email to ask if you could exchange the filters for the correct ones, or would it be possible to change the end pieces to save sending the whole package back. Unfortunately I am still waiting for a reply from yourselves . I still need to replace my filter so if you could let me know if I can do 1 of the above suggestions It would be much appreciated.
