I would recommend The Water Filtermen company, as they were very understanding when I informed them that the product hadn't arrived. (This was down to Royal Mail) They sent out a new filter straight away. It arrived within the allocated time frame and is in perfect working order.
The company stayed in touch with me until they knew the product had arrived.
