The usual Canarian story of a product on a shelf which then doesn´t exist in stock across any of the 7 islands of the archipelago. The internet site then offered the same product, but without enough details to make a final choice. Fair play to their customer service contact point, who did go off and research the details and send them to me, but by then the special offer had expired and frankly it will end up cheaper buying the product on Amazon and having a visiting friend lug it out to the islands. Disappointing, but quite typical of this electronics store and many others here.
