“Os hago un gran favor al recomendaros que NO COMPREIS AQUI. Hace unos meses compré un terminal samsung galaxy s10 (800€) cuando pedí la devolución del iva por vivir en el extranjero, me lo tramitó una de las chicas y me dio el ticket sellado.
Mi SORPRESA cuando llego al aeropuerto es que no lo habian metido en el sistema,es decir la chica solo me puso el sello. Si no sabía hacerlo podía haber consultado a otro conpañero más profesional.
Al final NO me pudieron hacer la devolucion en el aeropuerto (100€aprox)
Cuando fui a reclamar no me dijeron nada. Tan solo una hoja de reclamaciones, ni una disculpa.
Además, EL TELEFONO HA SALIDO DEFECTUOSO DE FÁBRICA. La batería dura dos horas y cada vez que lo cojo me quema la mano, creo q puede ser peligroso. Su respuesta en WORTEN es que lo tramite con el seguro ya que al tener la pantalla un rasguño, la garantía del teléfono no lo cubre...en fin UN DESASTRE DE SERVICIO POSTVENTA, UN DESASTRE DE COMPRA, DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE, ETC.
OJO! Tampoco me avisaron que el seguro del telefono tiene una franquicia mínima que tienes que pagar Siempre que quieras arreglar el teléfono del 10%. Es decir que tengo que pagar otros 80€ para que me arreglen un teléfono defectuoso y que venía mal de fábrica.
El personal es de los más desagradable y muy poco profesional, no dan respuestas mas bien van pasando la bola unos a otros”

“The usual Canarian story of a product on a shelf which then doesn´t exist in stock across any of the 7 islands of the archipelago. The internet site then offered the same product, but without enough details to make a final choice. Fair play to their customer service contact point, who did go off and research the details and send them to me, but by then the special offer had expired and frankly it will end up cheaper buying the product on Amazon and having a visiting friend lug it out to the islands. Disappointing, but quite typical of this electronics store and many others here.”
“I buy a Tablet, it was a gift for my mother. When she opened and turned on the Tablet, the screen was Broken inside. The surprise was kinda sad at thar moment... So i waste my time to give it back and buy other... But in the end , the tablet was cool and worth.”
