This year i received 24 emails with the text :"Thank you for contacting Worx support - we will get back to you as soon as possible ". But for my problem is not anything that looks like an answer.
Today I was curious for others with similar problems a frequent stopping robot and not being able find a solution. I makes me sad that after more than a year having no returning problem the life span seems to come at an end.
