My wife bought it as a surprise but I didn’t tell her how bad it worked. The first day I used the edger it didn’t release the string the second time and then the angle couldn’t be changed because it was stuck in one position and the battery died after 20 minutes so I feel it’s going to hell to get a refund so I might as well just junk it. Companies rarely give refunds
