Returned trimmer under warranty and not working on 7/16/24 per instructions from Worx, saying a refund would be issued. No refund has been received as of 9/16/24 and there seems to be no way to contact them for a status. Currently, web site is down and only for phone contact is for the Sales Department, who says they cannot help us. Very poor customer service!
