Hubby ordered a Woshette for me in October. It took THREE AND A HALF MONTHS to get here. Customer service was responsive at first, but all we got were excuses. Then they claimed it was “shipped” while the tracking number indicated that it was still sitting in China and “Olivia” stopped answering our emails altogether. It was only finally shipped a week ago, when we opened up a dispute with our credit card company. (Guess that finally put a fire under their asses.) DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!
