“This site is big time liners or scammers, I ordered items from them and since most of their stuff is made in China items they’re really small like miniature size. I ordered baking products, toys and other things. Most of the items are made of really cheap material. I also tried to return within a few days and they would only refund me 30 percent of my $160 dollars not including shipping. That’sa total rip off so don’t believe their return policy.”

I bought it 7 weeks ago and reached out after a couple of weeks since I had received no email confirmation. Olivia, from customer service, nicely told me that the company was being acquired and that they needed some extra time to solve some logistics problem. Also, I understand that with Corona, the whole global shipping was slowed down but I find it inadmissible to wait for so long. As a mum of a 6 years old I got to sort things out quickly and as a customer I would expect the same from a brand like Wosh...”

“worst customer service. zero response. lied about when my order would arrive, and had no problem emailing me to tell me about the delay, but responding to my request to cancel? nope. nothing. good thing visa got me my money back. refused the shipment when it arrived a month later. GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM 5 MONTH LATER confirming the refund. what a joke.”
