worst customer service. zero response. lied about when my order would arrive, and had no problem emailing me to tell me about the delay, but responding to my request to cancel? nope. nothing. good thing visa got me my money back. refused the shipment when it arrived a month later. GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM 5 MONTH LATER confirming the refund. what a joke.
