The company falsely advertised their seal plush, didn't respond to emails, and took 4 months (compared to their 1 week promise) to ship. The item was pricy, so I expected to get what was pictured, but instead I got cheap trash that looked nothing like I ordered. They also took ages to ship, and whenever I reached out to their support number or their email I was left with silence. I didn't even get a tracking number till 3 months in.
