booked a small car 5 months ago Palermo airport! When picking up the car I was told that they have no insurance for small cars and there is no other option for me even though I offered to wait for a small vehicle to become free. I was showed that there are no small cars coming back in the next 2 weeks...and we have to wash and vacuum the car upon return. I am disabled and explained that the large car is going to be difficult to drive but was told too bad for me!!!
