“Horrible service! They spend 2 seconds showing us the car said everything is fine but after we started the car, the tire was flat and we had to come back. After 2 days the tire was flat again and we had to stop at a gas station and fill it again. We came back to leave the car and they said we made a scratch in the plastic cover of the tire, which is not true. We had to pay 100€ for that plastic cover (50€ for the cover and 50€ for admistrative cost) The blond women at the counter even got super rude. We come to sardegna every year, last time with Wowrent.”

“booked a small car 5 months ago Palermo airport! When picking up the car I was told that they have no insurance for small cars and there is no other option for me even though I offered to wait for a small vehicle to become free. I was showed that there are no small cars coming back in the next 2 weeks...and we have to wash and vacuum the car upon return. I am disabled and explained that the large car is going to be difficult to drive but was told too bad for me!!!”
