I needed some assistance relating to my account settings/membership billing, and as usual the support staff, in particular Juan Cuello, have assisted in clearing up all issues in a very timely manner (< 5 minutes).
Definitely a godsend to have such a great support staff in those situations when you don't know where to turn to.
