I've recently started my own business offering website design and hosting services. I'm using WPMU DEV as my backbone for hosting as well as their suite of premium hosting.
The support is top-notch, with a recent support request handled by Rupok underscoring this to me.
I couldn't fault WPMU DEV at all.
