I've had several support sessions, and every time has been super helpful. A couple of the names I remember have been Jorge & *Patrick*. I've had the chance to learn super helpful tips from them, given that I'm doing my best to learn WordPress and some of these plugins. Without their help, I would've likely been somewhat aimlessly wandering the web for answers. I'd say the time I've spent with them has been *well* worth the time, given that I've probably saved well more than the cost of their service, plus overall great plugins!
