Faced with a problem he couldn't see - it was on a site being developed in a local environment - and relying only on the sketchy descriptions of the client, Nahid stuck at it, and eventually one of his self-confessed "longshots" landed and the problem was solved. Definite five-star material. Many support gurus would have dismissed it as being unable to be supported for lack of the usual tools being available. good on you.
