Kris, the support agent I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and above all, effective. My site was down and he was able to get it back up easily and taught me a few things along the way. I LOVE WPMUDEV. Every interaction I have had with them has been most excellent and this is from a person who has worked in IT Support for over 22 years and in management for over 18 years.
