I was desperate to get this WPMU DEV plugin installed due to a weird glitch from our web server. I tried for 2 hours and then finally reached out to online support. Patrick Cohen is THE MAN! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped me get the plugin properly uploaded to my dashboard - and now I am all set to move onto my work. It took about 15 minutes.
