The customer support is simply amazing, never experienced anything like that, the responsiveness, the depth of support... I've just spent about 3 hours on the chat with wonderful chap Patrick Cohen, going through multitude of issues after my initial request and he was great with providing me with help on any topic I randomly brought into the convo. Would probably KMS without WPMU. Happy to work with them even more in the future.
