i am reporting back on chat support for premium subscribers. i have found each and every one of the support guys to be at the very top of their game, kind,and patient regardless of how stewpit my question is, and always, but always willing to help.
the system they use, with remote login to sites, works like a charm.
today's session was with Rupok, arguably the avatar for support personalities, and an honourable bloke who just wants to help.
If you get wpmudev premium subscription for the support, and not even the plugins, then it's a steal.
