Rupok saved my life today. My site was hacked and I was unable to log into Wordpress to do anything. I couldn't remember to how reach WPMU Dev from outside of my dashboard so I sent a message to their Facebook page. They replied instantly and gave me a link I could use. I was fortunate enough to get Rupok as my tech. He went way above and beyond and spent about 2 hours on chat helping me (and by helping me, I mean he did all the work). He was able to rebuild my site, re-establish my log-in page, and stop me from jumping out a window out of frustration. He is a rockstar. WPMU Dev has always been great helping me sort out whatever website creation issues I have. I was so impressed with the service today that I want to switch my site over from its current host to WPMU DEV.
