In 90 minutes, Kris did an extraordinary job of fixing one big problem with many little ramifications. His knowledge and skill were evident. I also felt he was a very kind communicator. And I also wish to flag his attitude, as I hoped he would do a lot... and he did all I asked and one more head-scratcher that was related, something I found at the end. What magnificent work! I'm grateful.
