Okay. So I was helped by Katya Tsihotska and she was *dialed*. Super-adept and clear. Kind, helpful, and most of all, *clarified* in her understanding and approach. There was the sense one gets one working with someone who *actually* understands what they're doing and is able to communicate it kindly and clear.
For real. WPMUDEV is always great, yet she truly helped me out with what was, for our team, a major design thing that is now opened wide.
