I think these guys have the best support system! I mean Wordpress itself has a great support community and WPMUDEV takes it to a whole different level. It's not even like you have to be using their plugins or services on a particular domain. If you are a member, they help you with anything related to wordpress!
I was having second thoughts about continuing with this service, but once I understood the kind of support they give, I don't think I will have any second thoughts about it from now on.
