When I signed up to WPMU DEV it was for the plug ins, I had no idea that you got free support as well! I was delighted to discover this, as I'd been having issues with my site and didn't know who to ask for help. I talked with Aditya Shah who was super helpful, and extremely patient (I think I was chatting with him for over an hour. He went through each of the 50 (!) plug ins I had on my site to see which I could safely deactivate, so that it would speed up the site. He helped me make contact with my host and figure out how to do backups. I'm not techy at all, so this was hugely appreciated. Would highly recommend the support and his help! Thanks Aditya!
