These guys rock! I'm just a small start up, and the amount of knowledge and support these guys offer is imperative to my success. I don't know how many times I nearly gave up before I moved over to WPMUDEV hosting, but now I am there I can just get on the chat line and a real human Technician is right there to help. They get into the back-end of your WordPress website and help out with plugin compatibility, database file modifications and multi-site quandaries.
