I have read a couple of bad reviews about WPMU, not many a but a few I think from a while ago mostly.
I have not been a customer long but every time I have had an issue WPMU support has been awesome. Some issues ive been stuck on I have jumped on live chat to their team and they've gone above and beyond in helping me sort out my issues.
