Very simply, I purchased a garage from WR Engineering almost 40 years ago and it has served me well. Just recently I needed assistance with my tilt-a -door (part of the locking mechanism had failed). WR Engineering replaced the faulty part and the door is now working perfectly. The repairman was both friendly and professional so I am well pleased with the outcome. Cheers Lloyd
