“WR installed a colour bond gate for us, my husband and I, several years ago. It was located in Ngunnawal - Burraly Ct, to be precise. The gate promptly fell over and fell apart, within 5 years after installation. The materials used were high quality, and installation seemed to be professional, however there was no thought or planning put into the project, to ensure that the extra large colour bond sheets were secure. Especially in conditions and circumstances like high wind areas (which were prevalent near our home). Other gate and fence installers have remarked that the project was badly planned.”

“Excellent communication throughout the process. Installation was done in a professional manner, on time, and as promised. After installation, there was an issue with the remote openers, which we raised with the team at WR. They informed us that they would follow up and come back to us, which they did and replaced the units. No drama, no pushback, just got on with resolving.”

“I arranged with WR Engineering to service my garage rollerdoor. The technician came when he said he would, did a good job as far as I can tell, and, given the age of my door, provided helpful advice on what to do for any problems in the future. I was very happy with the service. Thank you.”

“Ryan was very knolagable in the product and dianagioised the fault quickly. It was determined that the 20year old closer was beyond repair so he installed a new opener on the spot within 2 hours. Great job”

“I have had fences done by WR from the start to finish nothing but a good experience,My garage door has regular maintenance, Just recently the Team Member who came was very good,The Staff in the front Office are friendly it is a Credit to the business how they communicate.Personally I would not use anyone else.”

“WR Engineering was excellent to deal with in sales, admin,scheduling, accounts and Installation and very good products they used. The installation crew of Pieter and Ryan were very experienced nice people to deal with and they did a top quality installation and so quick to do 2 fences safely and without any problems. They kept the site tidy, neat, clean and spotless at all times and also when they left site. I highly recommend WR Engineering and will use them again when needed. Bernie McCollum”
