“I heard the WR Engineering radio advertisment for garage roller doors, and found the booking process to be efficient and simple. WR Engineering Technician Ryan let me know he was a short period of time away and arrived precisely on time. Ryan explained what was wrong with my roller door and motor (including previous owner having it installed incorrectly) in clear and concise terms. The job took very little time and the roller door works flawlessly - you cannot hear it. Ryan set new limits on the roller door opening - now I don't need to duck to get under! I was suitably impressed with the entire experience - simply first class. I highly recommend WR Engineering.”

“Roller door was was becoming a little noisy and clunky in operation one year since its last service. Technician came around and servcied the door and its quiet and smooth running again. Yearly servicing has not let me down.”

“I had 2 gates (installed over 20 years ago) which were very difficult to close. Over time they had dropped, making it difficult for the latch to close properly. Sahil did an excellent job with the repairs. I was impressed with his professionalism and efficiency and I'm very happy with the results.”

“WR Engineering were so fabulous to deal with. Pre-sale customer service was fabulous and they were so accommodating. Install was great and everything was explained so well for how to use and maintain it. The product itself works like a charm and is so quiet. Highly recommend.”

“We had our garage door serviced and wanted a squeek addressed. Technician left after service and mentioned that the door was functioning well. Less than a day later i noticed the squeek was still there. I called to arrange a follow up appointment to address the squeek that was still occuring. When the technician had finished he went on to charge me for the call out. I am not happy about this as it was supposed to be dealt with from the original service call. If the technician had advised me at the time to spray a lubricant to stop the squeeking that would have been all he had to do. At no time when i made the follow up service call was i advised this would incur another charge. Not happy WR. Tony”

“Absolutely the most prompt emergency service and professionalism I have seen in such a long time. Timely arrival, communication all the way thorugh from the time I rang with my desperate situation to the office, to the resolve at home. Matt was professional and prompt and corrected our situation in no time, with ease and with communication all the way thorugh, explaining to me his arrival time, through to what he fixed and future service requirements to prevent it in the future. Couldn't have a better service delivered, and on a Friday as an emergency! Thank you goes out to the whole WR Team for your service levels, professsionalism, freindly service and quality of workmanship-thank you!”

“A garage door with minimum damages been quoted to replace with $5k price tag by WR Engineering, other local company fixed it within 2 hours. I don't feel that the services is for my best interest, there is a clear conflict of selling doors rather than fixing my problem or being helpful.”

“Rapid and helpful attendance from two WR teams (fencing and carport roller door servicing). Both jobs professionally and personably attended supplying what I needed (and not things I did not need). Upfront transparency about costs to help decision making. Thoroughly recommend WR - I have been a client for years now due to trust in their service.”

They give us a discount for sustaining a regular maintenance schedule. Their communication with us is optimal.
