“We had our garage door serviced and wanted a squeek addressed. Technician left after service and mentioned that the door was functioning well. Less than a day later i noticed the squeek was still there. I called to arrange a follow up appointment to address the squeek that was still occuring. When the technician had finished he went on to charge me for the call out. I am not happy about this as it was supposed to be dealt with from the original service call. If the technician had advised me at the time to spray a lubricant to stop the squeeking that would have been all he had to do. At no time when i made the follow up service call was i advised this would incur another charge. Not happy WR. Tony”

“A garage door with minimum damages been quoted to replace with $5k price tag by WR Engineering, other local company fixed it within 2 hours. I don't feel that the services is for my best interest, there is a clear conflict of selling doors rather than fixing my problem or being helpful.”

“Installed Garage Door in Oct. Stuck in closed position. Called customer service, told can’t be covered by warranty today as they are closing for the holidays. Only way I can get it seen today will be to pay 390 dollars for emergency call. Be aware of this service provider.”

“Was told the springs were gone inside roller door and that it would cost $7k to replace the whole door. We decided to get a second opinion and turns out it was just the gears in the motor. Third party replaced motor for $500”

“We asked WR to come and repair our auto roller door. The motor works fine and the remote is also OK. The issue therefore appears to be the receiver. WR sent out a man who know very little and tried to tell us that the only way to fix the problem with the receiver was to buy a new motor. We were charged $185 for this pathetic performance. The invoice called it a 'service'. $185 to get a sale pitch.”

“Turned up at 7am- the appointment was for 8am. Proceeded to tell me how much of a dire state my current fence is in ….. honestly it’s not pretty but it is serviceable. Talked to me like a was an idiot. Maybe it’s because I’m female? And then provided the most laughable quote I’ve ever come across. Suffice to say they’re extremely expensive. I’ve had three other quotes that are using identical materials and inclusions at half the price.”
