“Your company is the only one we would use to service our garage. The problem is the cost. Emergency call out $370 surprised us. No way, we can afford ($2550) to get one garage back working. We will just open and close the door manually.”

“The quotation experience was highly unprofessional ! Not only was the paperwork misplaced leading to weeks of delay, but the supporting photographs were also lost. I was then asked to provide my own without any guidance as to what was needed... I had been told that the quotation fee is sometimes credited if the quotation is accepted. In this circumstance one would expect such an offer to have been volunteered to maintain good PR, but the final bill arrived with total disregard. When the job was finished I was quite satisfied with the operation of the door. I later noticed two minor things however. First the ceiling supports had been twisted in an amateur way (presumably to adjust the line of operation). Under this arrangement, it is not clear if smooth operation will be maintained with use over time. Second some sharp corners have been left on the attachment plate, which could have been ground round for safety.”

“Annual inspection was carried out by a very friendly technician. However charge of $160 for a 15 minute check is a bit rich. I will look elsewhere next time.”
