We asked WR to come and repair our auto roller door. The motor works fine and the remote is also OK. The issue therefore appears to be the receiver. WR sent out a man who know very little and tried to tell us that the only way to fix the problem with the receiver was to buy a new motor. We were charged $185 for this pathetic performance. The invoice called it a 'service'. $185 to get a sale pitch.
